Today's daily political smear spam included a Rob Black flyer:

"LIES, LIES, LIES. Why does Chris Daly keep telling lies?"

Then I got a voice message from Gavin Newsom supporting Rob Black, which started out, "I know you hate getting these messages..."

So you know what, Gavin? I'm not pro-Daly but I'm anti-Black. And now I'm a little bit anti-Newsom too.

I am really torn about voting tomorrow. All this negative shit makes me not want to be a part of the process. If, on the other hand, a candidate vowed to spend his election season time at dinner fundraisers and events where the money went for causes he represented instead of for campaign funds, that would be a real statement about the waste of millions of dollars for this bullshit. I would vote for that person.
